I was here before you had no comments. I am 40. I am Irish I live in Nice. I just have to do an Iron Man. I have read some of your posts. Really any advice you can send me would be cool. I am a real sport novice. I swim about 3k a week and run about 20-25 at the moment. I know it's tiny, but I have to start somewhere. However after a work out I am exhausted and really have to fight to workout again the next day. ! Happy new year. I hope to follow your progress.
